Two bed apartment on Hanson Street with 3.6% yield


Good afternoon, I came across this property this morning and wanted to put it out there. This could prove to be a good little buy to let property. The location is pretty good, just off New Cavendish Street, near the University of Westminster end, it's a 2 bedroom apartment and has just been listed with an asking price of £925,000. The condition looks ok although I’m not sure the colour choices will appeal to all tenants but this is a relatively easy fix.


Once it is ready for letting, you could be looking at around the £650 mark per week, so before service charges and ground rents you are looking at a potential return of 3.6% per year.
