This property caught
my eye, it's a studio apartment at the top of Tottenham Court Road, near to
Tesco. These flats always seem to rent really easily for quite decent rental
amounts. I can see these flats achieving around £1600 per month quite easily at
the moment. When you compare this to the asking price of £439,995 you could be
looking at an annual return of 4.3%. much better than what the banks are
offering!
